Application Procedure
The request for proposals from the Institutes/Implementing agencies (as per format at AnnexureIV of scheme guidelines ) will be invited by the Selection Committee through advertisements in Newspapers and websites, Letters to Implementing agencies, etc., to select the host institutes for setting up of BIs.
